2016 Iron Training Camp

This is an endurance training camp with an emphasis on going long. Epic style camps are about pushing the boundaries of what individuals think possible. Then when it comes to race are far better mentally and physically prepared for the challenges an ironman presents.

The focus of this camp is training with expert feedback from coaches John Newsom & Axel Reiser. We have chosen an incredibly scenic route taking in the best riding in the region.

The camp is open to ironman athletes of all levels - do not let your speed be a deterrent (we have fast athletes down to 15hr athletes). If you are doing an ironman you will be able to make it through the days - if not there are support vehicles to help you cut rides short if required.

We have timed the camp to fit in perfectly for athletes looking for the final push in their preparation for Challenge Wanaka or a big weekend in preparation for Ironman NZ.
