Consultations are aimed to give athletes guidance with their personal training in accordance with their goals and ambitions. Consultations can be done face to face at our office or via skype / telephone for out of town athletes
This is a cost effective way to receive a structured training programme but does not come with ongoing weekly feedback. 
How consultations work:
  • You complete our background forms CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD
  • You email form back to us
  • Set up a training peaks account by clicking here – the basic account free and suitable for most athletes. Your consultant will advise the benefits of using the premium service
  • We will then arrange an appointment (either face to face or over the phone for athletes outside Christchurch) with the client to discuss the information gathered. A number of suggestions will be made during this consultation based on improving training habits or preparing for a particular event. 
  • We will then write a summary of the consultation and send to you. This summary will include a training program for the following 4 or 8 weeks subject to your requirements
  • Consultations do not allow scope for feedback between appointments 


When you are approaching the end of the training programme provided it is recommended that a follow up appointment is made. Progress will be reviewed and a new programme will be devised. 


$95 for initial consultation
$75 for follow ups
Discounts are available for students and junior athletes
